Anti I.C.E. Protest, Lincoln, NE - January 10th, 2026

Since moving to Lincoln, I’ve found myself more politically active than I ever was in Brooklyn. I can’t point to a single reason, but the timing hasn’t been accidental. My arrival here has lined up with a series of deeply troubling events in this country, and staying quiet no longer feels like an option. This particular protest responded to the killing of Renee Good in Minneapolis by federal agents. Using my camera to share what I see—and how I’m living through this moment—is my way of recording the time we’re in and leaving something behind for future generations to bear witness to.
