I’m a fine art and commercial photographer, originally from Brooklyn, NY, and now living in Lincoln, Nebraska. I’ve spent years photographing everything from still life to the streets, and along the way I’ve also taught photography at BRIC Arts in Brooklyn. I studied at the School of Visual Arts and worked as a photo editor before building my own career behind the camera. My inspiration comes from photographers like Berenice Abbott, Walker Evans, and Saul Leiter, whose work continues to shape the way I see.
My portfolio moves between black and white and color, and I’ve never believed that great photos come down to the equipment. I use whatever tool fits the moment—whether that’s my Fujifilm camera or my iPhone. Beyond photography, I also do professional filmmaking, and I co-host the Street Shots podcast with my friend Ward Rosin, where we talk about the art and the “why” of making photographs.
